  1. Practice deep work "interval training." How much can you do in one sitting? What is your goal length of time and what is your plan to get there?

  2. Come up with your personal pre-deep work routine. For consistency, when/where will you incorporate this in your calendar? 

  3. Every night, before you sleep, write out the #1 thing you need to get done the next day. Commit to doing this daily at least 4-5 times a week.

  4. Try time boxing certain activities in your day via your calendar, what works and what doesn't

  5. Download the apps for building a second brain, link it all together, and start using them!
