Bonus: My Morning Routine
You all asked, so here it is - my personal morning routine that I run every morning so that I can perform at my peak level and show up to the world powerfully as the best version of myself.
Of course, my morning routine is a constant work of iterate, iterate, and iterate. I am always experimenting by adding new things and subtracting others as a perfect morning routine is something I always strive towards.
At the end of the day, this is MY morning routine, it is what works best for ME. So as Bruce Lee said, "Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own."
My Morning Routine:
10min: I write in my 5-Min Gratitude Journal (https://amzn.to/3uKLkrn) and read 1-Page of the Daily Stoic (https://amzn.to/3g3OHWc)
20-30min: Stretching & Cardio
11min: Meditation
10min: Journal (I use the app DayOne - https://dayoneapp.com/).
1-2hrs: Deep Work focusing on my One Thing for the day.
